These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and KKDB ("kkdb", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the kkdb website at kkdb.asia and all associated services, including games, payment processing, bonuses, and customer support.
By registering an account on kkdb, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kkdb platform.
These Terms apply to all players on kkdb regardless of the device used to access the platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and the kkdb mobile app. The Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version in all cases.
Important: These Terms were last updated on 1 July 2025. KKDB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and maintain an account on kkdb, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
KKDB reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only on kkdb. If you are found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts except the original may be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
By registering on kkdb, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkdb account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. KKDB will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kkdb support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. KKDB will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.
KKDB is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to follow these security guidelines. All bets and transactions placed from your account are considered to have been made by you unless you have reported a security breach to kkdb support prior to those transactions occurring.
KKDB accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions on the platform are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on kkdb:
The minimum deposit on kkdb is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your kkdb account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
KKDB does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. You must only deposit funds that you own and that have been obtained through lawful means.
Note: KKDB does not store your payment credentials on its servers. All payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment gateways using bank-grade encryption. Your financial information is never visible to kkdb staff.
Withdrawals on kkdb are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There are no withdrawal fees on kkdb — the full amount requested is transferred to your payment method.
Withdrawal processing times on kkdb are as follows:
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. KKDB may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. Providing accurate verification documents promptly will ensure your withdrawal is processed without unnecessary delay.
Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Real money deposits that have not been used to meet wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and identity verification requirements.
KKDB reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, kkdb will notify the player and conduct an investigation before releasing or forfeiting the funds.
KKDB offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including the 500% welcome bonus available to all new registrations. All bonuses on kkdb are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

Wagering Requirement Example: If you deposit ৳500 and receive a 500% bonus of ৳2,500, your total bonus balance is ৳2,500. With a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling ৳50,000 from your bonus balance before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
All games on kkdb use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game's information page and is available to all players before they start playing.
Each game on kkdb has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. KKDB is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
For sports betting, including Football, all bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the score at the time the bet was confirmed by the kkdb system, not the score at the time the bet was submitted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkdb and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:
KKDB actively monitors all accounts for prohibited activity using automated systems and manual review. Accounts found to be in breach of these rules will be suspended without prior notice and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where required by law.
KKDB reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, kkdb will conduct an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, kkdb reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of fraud, the entire account balance.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting kkdb support at [email protected]. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkdb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
KKDB's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
Nothing in these Terms limits kkdb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
KKDB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kkdb will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the kkdb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact kkdb support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

KKDB aims to respond to all complaints within 24 hours. Complex complaints may take up to 5 business days to resolve. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence kkdb operates.
All complaints must be submitted in writing (via email or live chat transcript) and must include your registered username, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. KKDB will not be able to investigate complaints that do not include sufficient detail to identify the relevant account and transaction.
