KKDB Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and KKDB ("kkdb", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the kkdb website at kkdb.asia and all associated services, including games, payment processing, bonuses, and customer support.

By registering an account on kkdb, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kkdb platform.

These Terms apply to all players on kkdb regardless of the device used to access the platform, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and the kkdb mobile app. The Terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version in all cases.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on kkdb, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. KKDB does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended kkdb account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

KKDB reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on kkdb. If you are found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts except the original may be closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

By registering on kkdb, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkdb account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. KKDB will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kkdb support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. KKDB will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.

• Do not use the same password for kkdb that you use for other websites or services.
• Do not access your kkdb account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any additional security features offered by the platform when available.
• Notify kkdb support immediately if your registered email address or phone number changes.

KKDB is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to follow these security guidelines. All bets and transactions placed from your account are considered to have been made by you unless you have reported a security breach to kkdb support prior to those transactions occurring.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

KKDB accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All transactions on the platform are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on kkdb:

• bKash – Instant credit upon confirmation
• Nagad – Instant credit upon confirmation
• Rocket – Instant credit upon confirmation
• Bank Transfer – Credit within 5 to 10 minutes after bank confirmation

The minimum deposit on kkdb is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your kkdb account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.

KKDB does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. You must only deposit funds that you own and that have been obtained through lawful means.

5 Withdrawals and Payout Policy

Withdrawals on kkdb are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There are no withdrawal fees on kkdb — the full amount requested is transferred to your payment method.

Withdrawal processing times on kkdb are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: 5 to 15 minutes in most cases
• Rocket: 10 to 20 minutes in most cases
• Bank Transfer: Up to 2 hours depending on the receiving bank

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. KKDB may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. Providing accurate verification documents promptly will ensure your withdrawal is processed without unnecessary delay.

Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. Real money deposits that have not been used to meet wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and identity verification requirements.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

KKDB offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including the 500% welcome bonus available to all new registrations. All bonuses on kkdb are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

Welcome Bonus – 500%:

• Available to new players on their first deposit only.
• Minimum qualifying deposit: ৳100.
• Bonus funds are credited automatically upon qualifying deposit.
• Bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• KKDB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, hedging, or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, kkdb's decision is final.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on kkdb use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game's information page and is available to all players before they start playing.

Each game on kkdb has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing bets. KKDB is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• KKDB reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or system fault.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the kkdb system. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game session.

For sports betting, including Football, all bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the score at the time the bet was confirmed by the kkdb system, not the score at the time the bet was submitted.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkdb and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported to kkdb support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using kkdb to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

KKDB reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, kkdb will conduct an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, kkdb reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of fraud, the entire account balance.

Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

10 Responsible Gaming

KKDB is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all kkdb players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the kkdb platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkdb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from changes to game rules, odds, or payout structures.

KKDB's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Nothing in these Terms limits kkdb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

KKDB reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kkdb will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the kkdb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact kkdb support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

KKDB aims to respond to all complaints within 24 hours. Complex complaints may take up to 5 business days to resolve. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence kkdb operates.

All complaints must be submitted in writing (via email or live chat transcript) and must include your registered username, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. KKDB will not be able to investigate complaints that do not include sufficient detail to identify the relevant account and transaction.
